Ms. Kristin Kraeger

Kristin is a Chief Executive Officer within our North American Professional Services Practice. She is responsible for the growth of the Law firm, Consultant and Accountant businesses for Aon in North America. She works closely with Global Specialty Products leaders and the Financial Services Practice, Cyber Practice, IP Solutions Practice and Transaction Liability Practice to further drive the Aon United strategy.

Kristin joined Aon in 2012. She has held several leadership roles in the Financial Services Group (FSG) including National D&O Practice leader, Head of Strategy & Sales for FSG and most recently served as the Chief Broking Officer for the Financial Lines Group (FSG) and the Professional Services Practice (PSP).

Prior to joining Aon, Kristin ran a Directors’ and Officers’ (D&O) claims practice at a regional broker and practiced in the litigation department at Peabody Arnold, where she handled complex Directors’ and Officers’ coverage and liability actions, as well as, cases involving securities laws, employment law and litigation on professional liability cases.

Kristin has over twenty-five years of both non-profit and for profit, legal experience, focused on insurance defense and D&O liability. Her expertise includes corporate governance and advising clients on IPO placements and risks and advocating for clients involved in Class Action securities litigation and regulatory investigations.

Kristin earned degrees from the College of the Holy Cross and the Suffolk University Law School. She was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Kristin is a Member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
