Lydia Bowman

Lydia Bowman is a Vice President on the FINPRO Placement team in the New York office. Lydia works on the Global Risk Management team, placing Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Employed Lawyers Liability, Crime (Fidelity), and Special Crime (K&R) coverages. Lydia focuses mainly on large publicly traded clients and works with Marsh FINPRO Advisory teams throughout the entirety of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast, helping her to maintain relationships with key trading partners across the east coast. Lydia’s role as a placement colleague is primarily focused on market engagement and negotiation as well as strengthening relationships with Marsh’s carrier partners.

In addition to her day-to-day broking and client servicing, Lydia serves as one of FINPRO’s two Fiduciary Product Leaders. In this role, Lydia provides expertise to Marsh’s clients and prospects on emerging ERISA litigation trends and assists in training colleagues to advocate for market-leading coverage and policy provisions.

Lydia has worked at Marsh since graduating from Villanova University in May 2021. From August 2021 – August 2023, Lydia was a part of Marsh’s early career rotational program in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. As part of the program, Lydia spent a year in FINPRO Advisory servicing day-to-day requests of clients before transitioning to the Placement team. Since she began at Marsh, she has been involved in projects related to the Fiduciary Product and was appointed to co-product leader in July of 2025.
