Michelle Earle

Michelle Foster Earle is a thought leader with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare risk management provided on behalf of professional liability insurance companies and programs. She is the Founder, CEO and President of OmniSure Risk Consulting, where she assists multiple types of healthcare, senior care, and human service organizations to control losses, reduce risk, avoid lawsuits, improve outcomes, and maintain regulatory compliance. Before founding OmniSure, Michelle was a healthcare executive. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, University Park, completed her long-term care management studies at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and has a number of insurance related designations including Associate in Risk Management. She received the Insurance Business America’s 2021 Elite Women award.
