Nichole Davies

Since beginning her career in London in 2013, Nichole has focused on helping healthcare clients navigate complex reinsurance challenges. She grew her career at BMS from Junior Broker to Senior Vice President within the Specialty Casualty Reinsurance team, building a strong specialization in healthcare and medical malpractice.

In 2024, Nichole relocated to the U.S. to be closer to her clients and better support their strategic goals. She joined Aon in August 2025 to develop and grow the firm’s Healthcare Reinsurance practice group.

Nichole earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and completed her ACII qualification while working in London.
