Quinn Donnelly

Quinn Donnelly is a Partner in the Chicago office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, where he leads the Labor & Employment practice group in Chicago and serves as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Midwest Employment practice team. Quinn represents management in employment litigation across federal and state courts and before administrative agencies and regularly advises and trains employers on compliance strategies designed to mitigate risk and reduce legal costs. Known as an aggressive and detail-oriented advocate, Quinn partners with clients and insurers to anticipate exposure and resolve disputes efficiently and, when necessary, he is fully prepared to defend those interests through trial. Quinn has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2019 and was identified as One to Watch in Labor and Employment by Best Lawyers in 2026.
