Rachel Cushing

Rachel Cushing is Executive Vice President and Head of Chubb North America’s Professional Liability Practice within the Financial Lines Tower. She leads a team of 35 underwriters and managers across 11 Chubb offices and has P&L responsibility for Chubb’s Errors & Omissions products, including real estate and miscellaneous professionals. During her 13-year tenure at Chubb, she has held a range of underwriting and claims roles focused on professional risk lines.

Prior to joining Chubb, Rachel was an associate attorney at a mid-sized law firm in Morristown, New Jersey, where she specialized in general litigation defense, including professional malpractice, insurance defense, and estate litigation.

Rachel holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire and a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
