Rebecca Adelman is an attorney and entrepreneur focused on healthcare, senior living, and risk management. She founded Adelman Firm in 2001, a WBENC and Tennessee-certified women-owned law firm. For nearly forty years, her practice has concentrated on healthcare litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and business disputes, representing insurers and long-term care providers nationally. The firm developed the PRISM proactive claims model to support risk mitigation and claims strategy across senior living.

Rebecca also provides consulting and educational programming on enterprise risk management, expectations management, arbitration training, admissions protocols, and crisis communication planning. She serves as an arbitrator for the American Health Lawyers Association and is an Associate Faculty member of Ariadne Labs and the Serious Illness Care Program.

In 2021, she founded Guide Path, an expectations and risk management certification program for senior living communities focused on resident and family engagement, quality improvement, and regulatory alignment. Guide Path received the 2025 Aspect Award for New Brand Launch in Skilled Nursing. Senior Living Empower Hour, the webinar series she hosts, received the 2025 Aspect Award in the Audio/Radio Podcast category.

Rebecca is a national speaker on senior living risk, enterprise strategy, and leadership. She has received numerous professional recognitions, including Top 10 Empowering Women Leaders by CIO Views and the Tennessee Supreme Court Pro Bono Service Award. She is an NBA Certified Player Agent and is fluent in French.
