Rob Crossingham

Rob is a partner in the London office of Clyde & Co. His practice focuses on professional and management liability, financial institutions and insurance policy coverage across financial and specialty lines. He has extensive experience over a wide spectrum of matters within his field, including matters involving the Financial Conduct Authority and Financial Ombudsman Service, and also in regulatory and disciplinary matters, particularly those before the Architects Registration Board. Rob is a long-serving disciplinary panel member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and he has served on the Professional Indemnity Committee of the Law Society of England & Wales. He is also a trained mediator. Rob is the author of the Lexis Nexis practice notes on professional indemnity insurance, he regularly delivers training to clients and the wider market and has contributed to industry publications including the Financial Times. He is recommended by Lexology (Legal Who’s Who) in the field of professional liability.
