Rob Goodwin

Rob has been an integral part of Necco for over 25 years, helping to shape the company’s people strategy and culture from the ground up. As a key member of the Executive Management team, Rob partners across business lines to develop strategic initiatives that improve quality, enhance outcomes, and strengthen company culture.
As Chief People Officer, he leads Necco’s workforce strategy, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles to drive impact. He believes that talent, when aligned with purpose, fuels the mission of transforming lives.
His leadership extends beyond HR; he is actively involved in shaping Necco’s future by integrating people, performance, and purpose into every decision.
Rob holds an M.S. in Adult and Technical Education from Marshall University and a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University.
