As the architect of the groundbreaking NFL Women’s Forum, she revolutionized hiring practices across all 32 teams—resulting in more women in coaching and scouting roles than in any other male professional sports league. Expanding her impact beyond football, Rapoport now works with the USTA to build a pipeline of women coaches in tennis, and has joined USA Football as a Senior Advisor to shape strategy for Flag Football’s Olympic debut.
