Serena France-Hayhurst

Serena France-Hayhurst is the UK Cyber Placement Leader at Marsh and a member of the UK Cyber executive leadership team. With 15 years of broking experience specialising in financial lines insurance, Serena has recently been promoted to Managing Director, where she continues to drive strategic initiatives within the UK cyber market.

In her role, Serena is responsible for building and executing placement strategies, collaborating on product innovation, servicing multinational Cyber accounts, and negotiating with the market on complex and complex escalations. She is responsible for maintaining strong carrier relations, leveraging Marsh’s portfolio to benefit clients effectively. Serena oversees the placement of Marsh’s Cyber facilities, including ECHO, the flagship global excess facility, and launched a UK mid-market facility last year.

An active thought leader in the industry, Serena enjoys participating in industry panel discussions, conferences and webinars, where she shares her insights on emerging trends and best practices in cyber risk management.
