Simone Bonnet

Simone Bonnet is an experienced attorney who has spent her career focused on the insurance industry. Simone spent seven years specializing in insurance litigation at Sidley Austin LLP and Clyde & Co US LLP, and she served as in-house counsel to the U.S. group insurance business at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. She was previously a transactional risk underwriter at Vale Insurance Partners LLC and Hamilton Insurance Group before joining WTW as a representations and warranties insurance broker in 2021. She has been the head of WTW’s Transaction Insurance Solutions team since July 2024.

Simone graduated with First Class Honours from McGill University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, and from the University of Chicago Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor with Honors. Simone is admitted to the bar in New York and Illinois.
