Stephanie Hyde

Stephanie joined PE-RISK in January of 2018 and is focused providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions to clients investing in real assets and private equity. Prior to PE-RISK, Stephanie was an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley, acting as an internal risk and insurance consultant to Morgan Stanley’s Private Funds division, responsible for evaluating, structuring and negotiating complex insurance programs for assets under management in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Stephanie specializes in real estate, global infrastructure and supporting M&A transactions, and is recognized as an expert in insurance and risk diligence and transactional insurance placements. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Stephanie was the Director of Insurance and Risk Management for Veolia Environment’s energy operations in North America.

Stephanie is an active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society, and has been on the board of directors of the NY Chapter since 2020. She is also on the client advisory boards of Chubb, AIG, Zurich and Sompo.

Stephanie received an MBA from Boston University and a BA in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
