Stuart Panensky

Stuart Panensky is an experienced cyber / privacy attorney and commercial litigator and the co-Chair of the Cyber, Privacy & Technology practice group at Pierson Ferdinand. There, Stu leads a team and personally acts as both a “wartime” and “peacetime” advisor to companies in almost every industry sector. Stu counsels organizations that experience cyber security or data privacy situations from beginning to end. Stu advocates for clients that are subject to State and Federal regulatory investigations and commercial litigation arising out of cyber and privacy events. Stu also proactively advises businesses on information security and data privacy including on compliance. He also serves on the Management Committee of Pierson Ferdinand and was one of its founding partners.
