Tomi Latva-Kiskola is the Regional Head of Insurance, Asia at Everest Insurance International® and Chief Executive, Singapore. He has 23 years’ experience working in insurance and management consulting across Asia, the US and Europe.

Tomi joined Everest from AIG in February 2024. Prior to joining Everest, Tomi held senior leadership roles at AIG in Asia. Most recently he ran the Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan cluster since 2018. Prior to that he was the CEO of AIG Thailand since 2014 and led shared services operations in Asia and Europe since 2010.

Before joining AIG in 2008, Tomi was a management consultant advising insurance, financial services, energy and pharmaceutical clients globally on strategy, operations and risk management. He holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Business and Finance from Aston University in the UK.
