The 25th Healthcare & MedPL Symposium kicked off yesterday in Phoenix, and day one turned out to be a strong and successful beginning! The energy was high, the atmosphere was vibrant, and attendees jumped right in with excitement and enthusiasm.
Future PLUS members gathered yesterday afternoon for an exclusive session with the symposium chairs. Attendees walked away with practical strategies for networking with purpose and navigating the event more intentionally—plus a few new connections and friendships along the way.
Then, all attendees came together for the kickoff session: “A Quarter Century of Impact: Reflecting on Our Past, Shaping Our Future.” Attendees looked back at 25 years of market cycles, claims trends, risk innovations, and partnerships that shaped medical professional liability. They also looked forward to emerging risks, shifting regulations, tech-driven change, and the strategies needed to succeed in the next era of care.
The day ended with the 25th Anniversary Welcome Reception, which allowed attendees to connect in a casual atmosphere over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The special event honored the journey of medical PL so far and set the stage for an even brighter future ahead.
Check out the photos from the welcome reception below to see what you may have missed! And continue to check the PLUS Blog for new stories and photos from around the symposium.
