Program Overview

The Future PLUS Mentorship Program brings experienced leaders from a wide range of industries and organizations with early-career professionals eager to grow, learn and take the next step in their careers.

Mentorship matches last between 3 and 12 months, allowing pairs the flexibility to align their goals and schedules. Mentors and mentees are encouraged to connect at least once a month, either virtually or in person, to develop a meaningful, lasting working relationship. All program participants have access to the Together platform, where they can schedule meetings, track progress, and access helpful resources to guide their mentorship journey.

At its core, the Future PLUS Mentorship Program is about connection. It creates space for honest conversations around career growth, opportunities to expand professional networks, and guidance on setting and achieving goals. For many mentees, it’s also a chance to gain the confidence and insight needed to step into leadership roles. And for mentors, it offers a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, reflect on their own experiences, and gain fresh perspectives.

Mentees

Take the first step in your mentorship journey! Connect with a mentor who aligns with your aspirations. Initiate your match by following the steps outlined below.

1. Log on to the Future PLUS Mentorship Program website.
2. Select the Profile tab to review and update your information as needed.
3. Navigate to the Matching tab to explore the mentor directory.
4. Build your shortlist by selecting mentor names and clicking Add to Shortlist.
5. When you’re ready, click the Send Request button in the lower right corner of the screen to connect with potential matches.

This six-week, immersive virtual leadership experience is designed to help industry professionals with 4–7 years of experience and those moving into the next phase of their leadership journey. Open to anyone looking to strengthen and elevate their leadership skills, the program welcomes professionals at a variety of career stages. Through dynamic, instructor-led sessions, collaborative breakout discussions, and scenario-based learning, participants will gain practical tools, refine their leadership capabilities, and build the confidence needed to lead with purpose and impact.
