Mr. Roden Tong is the Chief Executive of Berkley Insurance Company. He leads the Hong Kong operations of Berkley Insurance Asia (a W.R. Berkley Company) with over 15 years’ experience in Financial Lines and Specialty Claims across the Asia region. He has extensive experience and expertise in handling complex Financial Lines claim matters, including Lehman related investment mis-selling issues, US securities class actions against Hong Kong and PRC companies, US SEC investigations and major fidelity claims.

Melody Qain, SVP, Head of Global Professional & Financial Risks – Great China

Melody began her insurance career in 2002 as a Financial Lines underwriter with AIG Shanghai and became Financial Lines underwriting manager with Chubb Shanghai. She moved to Hong Kong in 2009 and was in charge of Commercial D&O and Financial Institution practice for Asia with Liberty. In 2014, she joined Ironshore Hong Kong as General Manager, which specialising in M&A and financial lines risks in North Asia. She started her broking journey in 2020 by joining Lockton Hong Kong and then lead Lockton’s financial lines practice in Greater China.
