Insurers have long responded to specific market requests for policies designed to respond to certain expressly enumerated risks. For example, a cyber insurance policy is specifically designed to respond to certain aspects of cyber risk. However, in recent years, a concern has emerged amongst insurers regarding the wide reach of cyber risk. Further complicating this concern is the potential for so-called silent cyber exposure under management and professional liability policies (among others). While listening to this webinar, you will learn how the market is responding to silent cyber risks by implementing wording intended to address such risks as well as how courts are responding to coverage disputes involving silent cyber.
