At PLUS, our committees and task forces play an important role in connecting professionals, sharing industry knowledge, and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and advancement across the professional liability community. These efforts wouldn’t be possible without the dedicated volunteers who bring their time, expertise, and passion to the table.

• PLUS Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Allyship (DEIA) Committee: This committee oversees PLUS’s commitment to cultivating a safe, fair, and inclusive environment where the culture matches PLUS’s values and creates opportunities for professional development for all.
• PLUS Foundation’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Allyship (DEIA) Committee: This committee provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure that the Foundation’s programs, communications, and initiatives reflect its commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all stakeholders and participants with focus on the Leadership and Mentoring Program (LAMP). This committee is made up of two PLUS Foundation Board Members and four professional liability leaders who have shown excellence in diversity initiatives.
• Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) Task Force: This task force is a volunteer group of women industry professionals dedicated to advancing the mission of the WLN and supporting the professional growth of women in the professional liability industry. The task force played a critical role in the recent WLN strategic assessment by helping design the survey and focus group process, recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and analyze findings.
