The Final Day: Healthcare & MedPL Symposium

Today we concluded the 25th Healthcare & MedPL Symposium, and while the day may have been brief, the depth of learning and insight was anything but!

The morning began with a delicious breakfast before keynote speaker James Whitfill took the stage. As Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Chief Transformation Officer at HonorHealth, Whitfill gave an engaging CLE/CE-eligible presentation about AI and its emerging risk.

He discussed the various capabilities of AI when it is tested in artificial settings and what kind of capabilities it has in the real world. Attendees walked away learning about AI’s impact on liability and pricing.

After the final sponsored sessions focused on sharpening underwriting skills and exploring private equity in healthcare, the event came to a close, rounding out a valuable week of learning, discussion, and professional connection.

Once again, the symposium proved to be the place for knowledge-sharing and relationship-building and helped take attendees’ careers to the next level.
