As we head into the end of 2023, this webinar will explore the perennial coverage issues in the professional and management liability space and discuss key insurance coverage decisions issued within the past year. Attendees will learn what judicial trends have developed in 2023, how policy language can be modified to avoid coverage litigation, and what the potential emerging coverage issues are.

The Year in Review webinar hosted by PLUS not only attracted an impressive gathering of over 150 attendees but also provided a comprehensive overview of pertinent cases within the industry. With a panel featuring six distinguished figures in the realm of professional liability, participants were guaranteed a wealth of valuable information.

This marks the culmination of the free webinars for the year 2023, and we encourage you to stay tuned to the PLUS website’s Event Calendar for updates on forthcoming webinars in the year 2024.
