2024 Judicial Trends in Professional Liability Coverage
The webinar kicked off with an overview of the most significant court rulings in the past year concerning professional and management liability. The speakers highlighted recurring themes and new judicial approaches that are shaping the landscape of coverage disputes.
Modifying Policy Language to Prevent Coverage Disputes

The speakers emphasized the importance of precise, clear language in policies. Attendees were introduced to key terms and provisions that can be adjusted or reworded to reduce ambiguity and prevent disputes down the line.
Emerging Coverage Issues in the Professional Liability Space
A significant portion of the webinar was dedicated to emerging trends in coverage issues. These issues, still in their early stages, are expected to grow in importance over the next few years. The speakers provided practical advice on how policyholders and insurers can proactively address challenges by updating their coverage forms and endorsements to align with evolving risks.
