Sabrina Chow is an associate in Dentons’ Orange County office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice, focusing on insurance dispute resolution and litigation. Sabrina also has experience with employment-related disputes in federal and state court. While attending University of California, Irvine School of Law, Sabrina served as the Senior Research Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. She is currently an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. She was also an active member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Women in Tech Law and the UCI Law Pre-Law Outreach Program.

Natalie Limber is counsel in Dentons’ Commercial Litigation practice, resident in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Natalie has a broad range of combined law firm and in-house experience with a focus on serving the legal and regulatory needs of the insurance industry. Prior to joining Dentons, Natalie served as Special Corporate Counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company where she led multiple high performing teams. While in-house, she held several roles of increasing responsibility, including leading the Corporate Investigative Function, handling internal and governmental investigations and pre-litigation matters, and as General Counsel to the company’s InsureTech brand. She also managed operations, strategy and budget for the Office of the General Counsel. While in-house, Natalie was a frequent presenter to C-Suite executives, Boards and Audit Committees on privacy and security, labor and employment, commercial contracting (including SaaS agreements), marketing and eCommerce (including related technology, litigation and privacy issues), government investigations and compliance. Natalie also has extensive experience as a litigator handling complex and high stakes coverage and bad faith insurance matters across lines of business, including with respect to D&O, E&O, and EPL risks, as a partner with a national law firm. She has served as national counsel for excess carriers, prevailed in multiple appellate matters, successfully represented clients at trial and arbitration, and resolved highly contentious matters through mediation and alternative dispute resolution. With her diverse background, Natalie has negotiating savvy, and innovative mindset to passionately advocate for her clients through challenging and evolving legal landscapes. She also has the business acumen to understand her client’s challenges, strategies and opportunities so as to provide comprehensive, risk-based guidance that helps her clients effectively mitigate their litigation and regulatory exposures.
