Future PLUS Advancement Initiative

PLUS is taking proactive steps to ensure a strong, innovative future with the new Future PLUS Advancement Initiative. This initiative is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders to step into key roles and address evolving industry demands.

Future PLUS is a segment of PLUS membership aged 35 or younger. This initiative focuses on providing these young professionals with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to excel in the industry. Through this initiative, we will equip Future PLUS members with the skills and experience necessary for success, ensuring continued growth and innovation within the industry.

Initiative Goals

1. Build programs/initiatives around narrowing the knowledge gap and preparing the new generation to be industry leaders
2. Design and improve existing programs to meet the unique needs of Future PLUS
3. Provide better access to PLUS programs for Future PLUS
4. Drive awareness about what PLUS provides and the value in engaging with an association to grow your career
5. Engage Future PLUS across all business lines, roles and level of experience
6. Build a process to continuously gather information about Future PLUS, the industry, and associations to inform PLUS management in order to remain relevant for Future PLUS.
