The team will discuss how occupational fraud has evolved over the years and how its prevalence has affected fidelity coverage. We will overview why occupational fraud is a problem including the latest fraud statistics and analysis. We will highlight what a typical fraudster looks like, common ways occupational fraud is committed, impacts of fraud on victim organizations and recommended anti-fraud controls to mitigate exposure. Discussion will include several real-life examples of occupational fraud schemes committed by fraudsters.
