Kelly Thoerig

Kelly specializes in complex coverage and claims issues concerning D&O, EPL, W&H, Crime, Fiduciary, Professional Liability/E&O and Cyber insurance.
In her EPL and W&H Coverage Leader role, she manuscripts policy wording, conducts internal and external trainings, produces white papers and other thought leadership content, and frequently presents at industry seminars on various insurance coverage topics.
Kelly began her career as a coverage litigator representing management liabilty carriers, and she also has experience in white collar criminal defense, antitrust and commercial litigation.
