Nicholas Moraites

Nicholas T. Moraites is Assistant Vice President, Claims, in Great American Insurance Company’s Fidelity/Crime Division. Nick joined Great American in September 2023 with nearly 15 years of fidelity coverage/claims experience. Immediately prior to his time at Great American, he served in a senior claims capacity at another fidelity/crime carrier. Nick was also previously in private practice at a firm in Washington, DC, where he focused primarily in the areas of fidelity bond/commercial crime coverage litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He then went on to receive his J.D., magna cum laude, from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School, where he also received his LL.M. in Law & Economics.
