In the first part of this webinar, we will hear from Ms. Joanne Wong, the Assistant Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (Compliance, Global Affairs and Research) of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD). Ms. Wong will discuss the key regulatory and cyber/AI landscape in Hong Kong and highlight cybersecurity risks from the perspective of personal data privacy.

Keynote Session: 35-45 minutes

In the second part of this webinar, the panel will explore the evolving landscape of cybersecurity, focusing on the implications for professional liability insurance. The session will provide insights from an underwriter, claims professional, and legal expert, addressing the complexities of coverage, claims handling, and incident response management in the context of technology errors and omissions, directors and officers liability, cyber insurance, and crime insurance policies.
