A variety of factors are influencing the 2024 EPL insurance market, from job applicant screening software to wage & hour claims. This session, with an emphasis on California-specific insurance risks and exposures, will discuss key insights and analysis into trends and developments arising from PAGA litigation and privacy litigation, challenges and changes to the arbitration defense, and the evolving impact of artificial intelligence.
