PLUS LEAD Program

In September our PLUS LEAD Program summer cohort will conclude, marking the end of our third successful cohort of 2026. This six-week virtual leadership program provides an opportunity to expand leadership skills and prepare for future career growth. The program combines instructor-led sessions, interactive group discussions and scenario-based exercises to create an engaging and practical learning experience. Participants walk away with new perspectives, actionable strategies, and greater confidence to navigate leadership opportunities and make an impact.

Emerging Leader Award

Another way to recognize emerging leaders is by nominating a colleague for the PLUS Emerging Leader Award, which recognizes exceptional young professionals in the professional liability insurance industry who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and a commitment to advancing the field. The 2026 nomination period is open through August 26, with member voting taking place September 8–16. Three recipients will be selected and recognized at the PLUS Conference in San Diego, with recipients also featured on the PLUS Blog.
