Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) announces the launch of the Executive Lines Professional Liability Practitioner (ExecPLP) designation.

Created by industry experts and thought leaders, the ExecPLP designation is designed to equip industry professionals with essential education on professional liability insurance, and dives deep into public, financial, and private/non-profit D&O liability insurance as well as other lines that often overlap with directors’ and officers liability.

“The ExecPLP provides an opportunity for professionals practicing in D&O to gain additional knowledge and display their commitment to their profession and to lifelong learning,” Robbie Thompson, CEO of PLUS said.

This designation program consists of 3 components including foundational and advanced eLearning modules, the new virtual instructor-led D&O University being held on April 11-12, and continuing professional development requirements. By the end of this program, designees will attain the Executive Lines Professional Liability Practitioner (ExecPLP) designation, which can be used to demonstrate their skills and commitment to the industry and boost their credibility in the marketplace.

The ExecPLP designation program is now available through online eLearning and virtual live training on plusweb.org/Education/Designations/ExecPLP-Designation.
